UX Design Lead

We are seeking a skilled and passionate UX design leader to help us create exceptional digital experiences.

You will be a key player in the product development lifecycle, from initial concept to final implementation.

Your work will directly influence user satisfaction and business success by ensuring our products are intuitive, visually appealing, and easy to use.

Key ResponsibilitiesUser Research & Analysis:
  • Collaborate with product managers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
  • Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand user needs, pain points, and behavior.
Design Strategy:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive design strategies that align with business goals.
Visual Design:
  • Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and products by following and contributing to established brand guidelines.
Usability Testing:
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, and make layout adjustments based on user feedback and A/B testing results.
Leadership:
  • Lead cross-functional teams of designers, developers, and product managers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented as intended.
Skills Required:
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a solid understanding of both UI and UX design principles.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
  • Understanding of basic front-end development principles (HTML, CSS).
Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • A keen eye for detail and a creative, problem-solving mindset.
  • Empathy for the user and a user-centric design philosophy.
  • Ability to take and provide constructive feedback.
