About the Opportunity

We're an ambitious company building AI-native solutions in the prop-commerce space. The next 12–18 months are about turning hard, ambiguous problems into robust systems with real users.

This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise to build end-to-end: designing data models, writing production code, and shipping fast.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Built complex systems from scratch and scaling them into reusable patterns as the team grows.
  • Developed high-throughput content processing pipelines, storage, delivery with observability and cost control.
  • Designed identity, privacy, and trust features: consent-driven flows, signed tokens, rate limits, audit trails, abuse prevention.
  • Normalized external data, modelled entities/relationships, and exposed clean APIs.
  • Ship Flutter apps (buyer/seller) and ReactJS dashboards with reliability and performance budgets.
  • Ensured operational excellence through monitoring, alerting, automated tests, incident playbooks, and a sane release cadence.

Requirements

We're looking for individuals with the following skills and qualifications:

  • 6 - 10+ years of experience building production systems as the primary builder.
  • Hands-on Java + Spring Boot experience, plus comfort with Python.
  • Exposure to Flutter or ReactJS in production.
  • Strong systems thinking: data models, performance budgets, failure handling.
  • Security & privacy instincts: PII handling, consent flows, audit trails.
  • Excellent written communication: crisp docs, READMEs, and runbooks.
