  • Provide leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, promoting best practices and innovation.
  • Design systems to support efficient model training, inference, and deployment.
  • Implement strategies for optimizing performance, ensuring scalability, and maintaining system security.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends and advancements in generative AI, integrating new technologies and methodologies as appropriate.
  • Drive innovation by proposing new solutions that leverage generative AI to create business value.
