We are seeking an exceptional Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer to join our IT Operations team in a pioneering AIOps role. The ideal candidate will leverage cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to enhance observability, automate incident detection and resolution, and optimize IT operations.

This role is critical in driving proactive operations and reducing mean time to resolution (MTTR) through intelligent automation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in IT operations or DevOps environments.
  • Strong programming skills in Python with a focus on implementing GenAi and AI Python SDKs.
  • Experience with time-series analysis, anomaly detection, and predictive modeling.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).

In this role, the candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to detect anomalies, predict incidents, and automate root cause analysis in IT systems. They will also integrate AIOps solutions with monitoring tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational pain points and identify automation opportunities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in computer science, data science, or a related field, with a bachelor's or master's degree. They will be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models to detect anomalies, predict incidents, and automate root cause analysis in IT systems.
  2. Integrating AIOps solutions with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus, AppDynamics).
  3. Collaborating with SREs, DevOps, and IT teams to understand operational pain points and identify automation opportunities.
  4. Building and maintaining data pipelines to collect and process logs, metrics, and events from various sources.
  5. Implementing NLP techniques for log analysis and intelligent alert correlation.
  6. Continuously evaluating model performance and retraining models as needed.
  7. Contributing to the development of dashboards and visualizations for operational insights.

Required Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in IT operations or DevOps environments.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Experience with implementing GenAi and AI Python SDKs.
  • Experience with time-series analysis, anomaly detection, and predictive modeling.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL processes is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications include:

  • Experience with AIOps platforms Dynatrace.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Agentic AI project planning and implementation.
  • Manipulating text embeddings for enhanced language processing.
  • Familiarity with popular JavaScript UI frameworks (React, Angular).
  • Demonstrable knowledge of debugging code.
