AI Innovation Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect / Senior AI Specialist with over 10 years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, focusing on Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI.

This is a unique opportunity for individuals to leverage their technical expertise and leadership skills in driving innovation and project delivery across large-scale, production-ready systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AIOps use cases, including predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and incident management.

  • Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
  • Deep hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, or other transformer-based models
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools, Databricks, and cloud-based AI/ML services from Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional AI teams, mentor junior engineers and researchers, drive project delivery and innovation, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in AI solution architecture and enterprise-scale deployments
  • Familiarity with data governance, model explainability, and AI ethics
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research publications
