Demand Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide financial data support and insights to senior management for informed decision-making on regional levels.
  • To be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, ensuring financial control, deriving meaningful insights, and supporting strategic decision-making.
  • To contribute to the annual planning cycle on a regional level by collecting information, collaborating with relevant teams, and providing input to consolidated plans.
  • To act as a bridge between region and head office, facilitating the flow of essential financial information.
  • To analyze actual vs. budget performance of P&L (NSV, BTL, TTL, OH) for RPC discussions with MFR and MOR, including commentary and O&R.
  • To ensure the accurate actualization of BTL for relevant regions.
  • To prepare and present financial data to support regional MFR and MOR decisions, as well as COO's and RCFH's.
  • To conduct analysis and preparation of SKU Level Profitability for all Brands at regional levels, providing clear CAAP level component insights, Make Cost, Distribution Cost, A&P, Levies.
  • To maintain a CAAP Level BPM Database of Regional D&S Business Performance - Brand-wise, RPC Performance, and contributing to Overall National Performance (Scorecard).
  • To ensure adherence to global processes and standards in controllership activities.
  • To support Regional Leads in monthly balance sheet reviews, book closure activities, and reporting.
  • To prepare and distribute flash reports.
  • To assist in executing processes and plans for effective business partnering and seamless controls.
  • To support the team with pricing reviews and business performance calls.
  • To prepare, calculate, and initiate relevant regional journals and provisions.
  • To collaborate with stakeholders to meet auditor requirements for schedule and variance analysis.
  • To ensure compliance with CARM processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4-8 years of PQE or ICWA/CA inter with 2-4 years of PQE experience.
