Job Title: Financial Analyst - Budgeting and Forecasting

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, providing crucial insights and support to leadership.

This role involves managing profit and loss, invoicing, and contract compliance to optimize financial performance.

  • Build relationships with regional heads to analyze financials and provide data for decision-making purposes.
  • Support the regional finance controller in their tasks as needed.
  • Manage P&L validation, rate revisions, and new developments, ensuring timely invoicing and governance.
  • Liaise with Legal teams for expired contracts and follow-ups.
  • Analyze site profitability, track variance on budget and forecast, and explain discrepancies.
  • Undertake annual budget activities and quarterly forecast activities.
  • Validate rate revisions and new P&Ls, obtaining approval from country president and CFO.
  • Prepare presentations for regional reviews and support monthly finance meetings.
  • Develop and improve financial models, planning, and analysis.
  • Create P&L statements, cash flow, and balance sheets from scratch.
  • Determine key pricing models and commercial terms for new and existing clients.
  • Track food costs, inventory levels, RR reporting, DA/MW impacts, and labour productivity.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the same industry or 3-4 years in FP&A outside the industry.
  • Business acumen, understanding financial impact, and familiarity with healthcare terminologies and retail cash business flow.
  • Financial knowledge, understanding of financial parameters and their impact on business.
  • Analytical skills, ability to understand changing trends and financial impact.
  • Basic understanding of Labour law (DA/MW), GST, and facilities management business.
