Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Web Development Team Manager to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing the entire web development process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of web developers to design, develop, and deploy high-quality web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement efficient development processes and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in UI/frontend development.
  • Hands-on experience using React as a front-end development framework.
  • Sound knowledge of front-end development languages, tools, and methodologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and associated technologies and toolsets (e.g., jQuery, Sass).
  • Able to write front-end code that is cross-browser and cross-device friendly, through responsive or adaptive techniques.
  • Working knowledge of AWS for product development and deployment preferred.
  • Experience using Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Delivery (CD) systems for development and deployment.
