Marketing Executive - Brand Development

Job Summary:

We seek a Marketing Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping brand presence, executing marketing campaigns, and leading market research initiatives to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market surveys and competitive analyses to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities.
  • Analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and market demand to guide the development of marketing strategies.
  • Utilize both qualitative and quantitative research methods to generate actionable insights for the business.
  • Present regular reports and findings to senior management, offering recommendations for improvements or adjustments in strategy.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, including digital media, print, and on-ground activation.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to develop marketing materials, product positioning, and messaging.
  • Coordinate and manage brand campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring they meet business objectives and timelines.
  • Plan and manage the execution of on-ground marketing activities, including events, promotions, activations, and experiential marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of on-ground marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate logistics, vendors, and other stakeholders for seamless execution of marketing campaigns and events.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of on-ground activities, ensuring ROI and adjusting tactics as needed.
  • Oversee the management of marketing collateral, display materials, and promotional items for on-ground use.
  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and objectives.
  • Ensure clear communication and effective collaboration between the marketing team and other departments.
  • Develop post-campaign reports, analyze feedback, and implement learnings for future campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in brand management or on-ground market research/competition analysis reports/working with ad agencies.

Skills:

- Knowledge of market research tools and techniques.

- Proven experience in managing brand campaigns and on-ground activations.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies.

- Proficiency in marketing software and MS Office Suite.
