
Asst/Deputy Manager – Brand Marketing

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our brand presence, executing marketing campaigns, and leading market research initiatives to drive business growth. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing market surveys, brand management activities, and ensuring the successful on-ground execution of marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market surveys and competitive analyses to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities.
- Analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and market demand to guide the development of marketing strategies.
- Utilize both qualitative and quantitative research methods to generate actionable insights for the business.
- Present regular reports and findings to senior management, offering recommendations for improvements or adjustments in strategy.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, including digital media, print, and on-ground activation.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to develop marketing materials, product positioning, and messaging.
- Coordinate and manage brand campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring they meet business objectives and timelines. - Plan and manage the execution of on-ground marketing activities, including events, promotions, activations, and experiential marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of on-ground marketing strategies.
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, and other stakeholders for seamless execution of marketing campaigns and events.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of on-ground activities, ensuring ROI and adjusting tactics as needed.
- Oversee the management of marketing collateral, display materials, and promotional items for on-ground use.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and objectives.
- Ensure clear communication and effective collaboration between the marketing team and other departments.
- Develop post-campaign reports, analyze feedback, and implement learnings for future campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in brand management or on-ground market research/competition analysis reports/working with ad agencies.
Skills:
- Knowledge of market research tools and techniques.
- Proven experience in managing brand campaigns and on-ground activations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing software and MS Office Suite.
