Customer Experience Specialist

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing the digital experience of our end customers across various channels by leveraging the Adobe Target Platform.

  • Expertise in digital marketing with a comprehensive understanding of Adobe Target is required.
  • Hands-on consulting and implementation experience with a minimum of 2-4 years is necessary.
  • Familiarity with the overall Adobe Experience Cloud solution and framework is essential.
  • Leading simple implementations of Adobe Analytics across web, mobile, and apps is also required.
  • Developing reports and dashboards to meet clients' needs in Adobe Analytics and Target is crucial.
  • Providing advice on testing protocols and practices to ensure testing needs are met is essential.
  • Creating experience activities, A/B, multi-variate testing, and experimentation testing is required.
  • Recommendations for activities and automated personalization are also necessary.

Requirements:

  • Technical expertise in Adobe Target with hands-on use cases implementing experience is essential.
  • JavaScript, HTML, and CSS knowledge is required.
  • Integration of Target with sites and Analytics tools is necessary.
  • Debugging, troubleshooting, and fixing configuration and integration issues is crucial.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding or exposure to cross-product integration (e.g., Target – Campaign, Target – AAM) is desirable.
  • Experience in solution design, RFPs, and client interactions is preferred.
  • Data visualization experience using workspace, report builder, Power BI, Tableau, Optimizely, and Google Analytics is desired.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, is preferred.
  • Mobile tagging experience is also desirable.
