Business Growth Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies, defining target segments, values, and propositions.
This role requires a strong leader who can establish operations that deliver industry-leading service standards and facilitate market leadership in target sectors.
The selected candidate will provide daily guidance, leadership, and support to the region's operations team on various issues, including operations, communication, revenue enhancement, human resources, standardizing procedures, systems applications, and process execution.
In addition, they will develop personal relationships with key strategic clients to ensure business retention and growth, act as a focal point for client escalations, and deliver revenue growth in line with expectations.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase revenues while ensuring operation excellence through seamless service delivery.
You will also be responsible for implementing KPIs to monitor productivity, focusing on employee engagement and motivation, and overseeing the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the region.
