Job Title:

A seasoned Web Development Leader is sought to spearhead a cross-functional team of web developers and project managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team to ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with business goals.
  • Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP frameworks and WordPress.
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution from requirement gathering to delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Implement best practices in coding, architecture, and project management to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in web development with a strong focus on PHP and WordPress.
  • Proven experience in leading web development teams and managing complex projects.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is highly preferred.
  • Expertise in one or more PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter).
  • In-depth knowledge of WordPress (custom themes, plugins, multisite, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
  • Hands-on experience with version control tools (Git), deployment tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in an agency or client-facing environment, familiarity with hosting environments and cloud platforms, and Agile/Scrum project management experience are desirable.
