Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Workplace Designer to lead our team in delivering innovative and aesthetically pleasing workspaces. The ideal candidate will combine artistic flair with technical expertise to drive exceptional results.

This role requires the ability to build and nurture a high-performing team, think creatively, collaborate with clients, project managers, and architects to design and deliver workspaces that surpass client expectations.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, translate them into actionable plans, and develop strong client relationships through effective communication.
  • Formulate conceptual design proposals integrating space planning, curated color schemes, refined furniture selections, and sustainable material choices.
  • Devise efficient space plans accounting for workflow optimization, ergonomic principles, and alignment with client's cultural ethos.
  • Curate and specify materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with envisioned aesthetic while meeting stringent functional criteria.
  • Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction and permitting purposes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture / interior design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-12 years of experience working on workplace design projects & managing a team.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Sketchup, Revit, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
