Workplace Design Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Design Professional to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the development of workplace projects from concept to execution, working closely with designers and project managers.
  2. Prepare high-quality presentation drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design ideas.
  3. Deliver detailed working drawings, specifications, and BOQs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  4. Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors under supervision, facilitating effective collaboration and communication.
  5. Support site visits, documentation, and project coordination as required, providing valuable insights and expertise.
  6. Conduct research on materials, workplace trends, and best practices, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  7. Participate in team brainstorming sessions and design discussions, contributing creative ideas and innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
  • Strong design sensibility and interest in workplace interiors, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetic appeal.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office, with experience in using these tools to deliver high-quality designs.
  • Familiarity with Revit and Enscape/Lumion, preferred but not mandatory, with a willingness to learn and adapt new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and visualization skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and ideas.
  • Ability to take initiative and work in a team-oriented environment, collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
