As a Senior Backend Engineer on our team, you will be responsible for building and scaling the core backend infrastructure that powers these AI agents. Your expertise in Python (Django experience a plus) will be invaluable in architecting backend services and infrastructure for massive enterprise-grade scale.

  • Develop high-performance, production-ready backend systems using Python
  • Design and deploy scalable backend services on cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
  • Collaborate closely with founders and engineers to shape technical direction and architecture
  • Drive projects from concept to deployment, taking ownership and responsibility for their success

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of experience in backend engineering with deep Python expertise (Django a plus)
  • Strong cloud skills (AWS or GCP), with familiarity in Kubernetes/Docker
  • Proven track record of building and scaling infrastructure in production
  • Computer Science degree or equivalent professional foundation
