Lead GenAI Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Architect to lead the development of our AI Agent platforms.

  • Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecting and scaling AI systems, with a proven track record of driving measurable adoption and growth.

  • A key requirement for this role is expertise in RAG pipelines, including retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, and knowledge graphs.

  • The successful candidate will also have deep experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks, as well as a track record of scaling services to 200K+ MAUs (or equivalent scale).

  • 4+ years of engineering experience, with demonstrated leadership in technical decision-making, is essential for this position.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and design teams are crucial for success in this role.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Experience with Node.js and modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js/React/Angular) is a plus.
