As a detail-oriented and customer-focused retail associate, you will be responsible for managing billing operations and ensuring seamless checkout experiences for customers.

We are seeking an individual with strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. Experience as a cashier or in retail billing operations is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process cash, card, UPI, and other digital transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, generate bills, and issue receipts.
  • Maintain cash register accuracy and reconcile daily sales.
  • Support returns, exchanges, and refund processes in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer flow.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace at the billing counter.
  • Assist with basic stock and inventory management when required.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–2 years as a cashier or in retail billing operations (fashion/apparel/sportswear preferred).
  • Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduate degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, UPI, and card machines.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
