Senior Technical Lead

The role of Senior Technical Lead is pivotal in driving technological advancements and software development within an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Problem-Solving: Break down complex problems into manageable components and apply relevant techniques to drive desired outcomes, fostering innovative solutions that optimize efficiency.
  • Algorithm Expertise: Discuss and apply various algorithms and approaches daily to ensure efficient solutions, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
  • Software Development Lifecycle: Oversee the entire software lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, evaluating solution/technology options (including Cloud), and documenting application development, ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
  • Cloud Migration: Migrate current analytics applications & pipelines to Cloud in future, leveraging cloud-based technologies to enhance scalability and flexibility.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market and industry trends in technology and proactively look for opportunities in proposing best solutions, aligning with business objectives.
  • Research: Proactively research upcoming ML techniques and best practices, applying knowledge to improve software development processes.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree in a field such as Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or related discipline, along with a Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 8-15 years of experience in software development, with expertise in Agile SCRUM and MLOps methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, including hands-on development, code reviews, testing, and deployment.
