Generative AI Technical Lead

Drive the end-to-end development and optimization of Generative AI solutions. This role involves prompt engineering, pipeline development, model deployment, and team leadership. Ideal candidates will possess deep expertise in GenAI techniques (GANs, VAEs, LLMs), strong machine learning fundamentals, and an understanding of Responsible AI.

Key responsibilities include leading the development of prompt engineering and GenAI pipelines, designing and reviewing data workflows for LLMs and generative models, supervising and mentoring developers while ensuring best practices in coding and validation, collaborating with cross-functional teams on solution design and implementation, deploying models to production and optimizing for scalability and performance, and implementing Responsible AI standards for transparency, privacy, and fairness.
