Job Title: Coating and Painting Expert

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections and quality control of all coating and painting activities on site.
  • Ensure strict compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations to guarantee the highest level of quality.
  • Oversee and verify surface preparation, coating application, and curing processes to meet project requirements.
  • Monitor and report on the quality of work, identifying and rectifying any defects or inconsistencies to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with the project management team, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Perform piping and fabrication inspections as required to maintain project integrity.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions for future reference.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in QA/QC, with a focus on coating and painting in the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in piping and fabrication work.
  • Must hold BGAS and NACE certifications.
  • Proven knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to coating and painting in construction projects.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
