We are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to join our marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to build and manage high-quality web experiences that drive conversions and engage our audience.

About the role:

This position involves working closely with designers and marketers to develop web pages and landing page concepts that meet business objectives. You will be responsible for monitoring site performance, running regular audits, and providing data-driven insights to inform future development.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with in-house designers and the marketing team to create engaging online experiences
  • Monitor site performance and run regular audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Measure conversion rates, traffic, bounce rates, and other key metrics to inform future development
  • Develop innovative interactive concepts using Webflow and your observations
  • Work closely with content, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging

Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma
  • Understanding of SEO principles, including backlinking, keyword rankings, and ever-changing trends
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and ability to follow deadlines
  • Excellent portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development
