At Interropac Private Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Chief Information Security Strategist to lead our information security efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive information security strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.

About the Role

We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in information security and IT risk management, with at least 5 years in a team management/leadership role.

Job Description

The Chief Information Security Strategist will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a strategic, long-term information security strategy and roadmap to ensure that information assets are adequately protected.
  • Establishing and maintaining a framework to ensure that information security strategies are aligned with business objectives and consistent with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Identifying, assessing, and prioritizing information security risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Developing and maintaining an information security risk management program that includes threat modelling, vulnerability assessments, and risk assessments.
  • Monitoring and reporting on risks and the effectiveness of risk management processes.
  • Conducting business impact analysis and building BCP and DR by aligning with each department.
  • Establishing, maintaining, and enforcing a group-wide information security management program to ensure that information assets are adequately protected.
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures that govern the security of data and information systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in information security and IT risk management, with at least 5 years in a team management/leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing information security strategies and programs.
  • Experience in ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type I, and SOC 2 Type II audits.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), CISA or similar certifications are highly desirable.
