Job Title: Chief Information Security Officer - FMCG

Lipton Teas & Infusions is seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Officer to join their team. This exciting opportunity offers a challenging role for a highly skilled professional in the field of IT risk management.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering compliance to internal and external standards, frameworks, and attestations. They will work closely with business units to provide regional and international risk and regulatory guidance.

This includes ensuring the protection of every aspect of the IT business, including intellectual property from R&D, OT systems in manufacture and supply chain, personal and confidential business data in each region, plus customer data and PCI infrastructure for online and physical stores.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incident response and investigations to assess and contain damage.
  • Provide reports on KPIs, third-party risk, risk register, industry events, gap analysis, and roadmap maturity progress.
  • Develop and maintain the strategic risk register.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver effective InfoSec policies, standards, and procedures of the ISMS to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Drive the implementation of our ambitious information security roadmap and support the CISO.
  • Responsible for managing information security risk, compliance, and assurance activities.
  • Manage and maintain an information security and risk framework.
  • Support the information security team.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in IT risk management, with experience designing and delivering secure technology solutions. Proficiency in information security domains, including policies and standards, risk and control assessments, access controls, regulatory compliance, technology resiliency, risk and control governance, and metrics is essential.

You should have strong reporting and analytical skills, including demonstrated experience identifying and quantifying risk and providing effective resolutions. A proven track record of appropriately managing security and risk-related incidents is also required.

In addition, experience of ServiceNow IRM and knowledge of Azure Security are important. Vendor management and leadership skills are also desirable.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.
