  • Oversight of accounting areas, including bank reconciliations, month-end accruals, prepaid expenses, lease accounting, fixed asset accounting, and intercompany accounting is key to our company's financial success. Our team is responsible for ensuring accurate and complete accounting for day-to-day transactions in accordance with US GAAP.
  • We manage and review the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate completion. This includes overseeing preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual subsidiary accounting close packs.
  • Maintaining and enhancing internal control frameworks in accordance with SOX is crucial to our compliance and risk management efforts. We partner with Internal Audit and Compliance teams to improve process effectiveness and efficiencies.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in managerial capacity is essential for this role. Experience with US headquartered companies is preferred, with Big 4 or equivalent industry experience being highly desirable.
