**Job Summary**

Civil Design Engineer at project sites to ensure solar project execution aligns with approved engineering designs. This role bridges the Head Office Design Team and Site Execution Team, ensuring technical compliance, real-time design support, and smooth project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Review and interpret HO-issued drawings and designs for implementation at site.
  • Prepare or modify civil designs/drawings at site when required.
  • Perform structural calculations and basic engineering design for site-specific changes.
  • Develop detailed civil/structural drawings using AutoCAD or other software.
  • Verify ground conditions through site surveys and soil/level checks before finalizing designs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Proficiency in civil/structural design and drafting tools (AutoCAD, STAAD, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of foundation, drainage, and structural design principles.
  • Knowledge of solar project-specific civil works (MMS foundations, inverter rooms, roads).
  • Ability to create quick design solutions at site while adhering to codes and safety norms.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with HO and site teams.
  • B.E./B.tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
  • 5–8 years of experience in civil design and site execution (solar/renewable/industrial projects preferred).
