Design Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to create innovative and user-centered designs that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, demonstrating a deep understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Create high-fidelity, innovative, and visually appealing user interface designs that prioritize usability and accessibility across various platforms and devices.
  • Establish and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides within Figma to ensure uniformity across projects.
  • Mentor junior designers, providing leadership and expertise in UI/UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Conduct user testing sessions, gather feedback, and iteratively enhance designs based on user-centered design principles and usability testing results.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design integrity throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with proficiency in using Figma as the primary design tool.
  • Expert-level understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and translate complex ideas into intuitive and visually stunning designs.
  • Deep knowledge of front-end development technologies and their influence on design feasibility.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in implementing and managing design systems and component libraries within Figma.
  • Proficiency in conducting user research, usability testing, and integrating user feedback into design solutions.
  • Knowledge of motion design principles and their application in UI/UX design.
