Key Role

This role offers an opportunity for an aspiring UX Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the creation of user-centric solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design Thinking: Participate in collaborative brainstorming sessions and design thinking sprints to drive innovation.
  • Research: Conduct field studies, usability testing, user interviews, and document insights to inform design decisions.
  • UI + Visuals: Contribute to wireframes, UI screens, icons, and prototypes in Figma to create engaging user experiences.
  • Prototyping: Support the development of low-to-mid fidelity prototypes and refine interactions and transitions to enhance user engagement.
  • Testing & Iteration: Observe and conduct basic usability tests, prepare feedback reports, and iterate on designs to improve user satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, developers, and outreach specialists to turn insights into actionable features.
Requirements
  • Graduate in Design or related field preferred, but candidates with industry-recognized certifications and relevant experience may also apply.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in UX Design, with a focus on user-centered design principles.
  • A small but thoughtful portfolio showcasing coursework, side projects, case studies, and self-initiated projects.
  • Proficiency in design software: Figma, Miro, and other tools.
  • Familiarity with slide-presentation, video-editing, word processing, spreadsheets, and tinkering with newer AI tools.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt new-generation AI tools for research and design, with experience of using AI-driven tools being a plus.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi, with knowledge of additional regional languages being a bonus.
  • Openness to fieldwork and talking to real users is essential.
