Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Development Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for creating, coding, and publishing content assets, ensuring they render properly on the live site.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and publish content assets and verify that they display correctly on the website
  • Compare and convert documents to optimize their performance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal lists and data
  • Audit resources and coordinate bulk changes to content as needed
  • Review content for errors or broken links and resolve them promptly
  • Verify that document templates render content correctly on the live site and troubleshoot any issues that arise
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and publishing responses appropriately
  • Design visual content such as flowcharts and tables to enhance user experience


Requirements:
  • Minimum undergraduate degree in a relevant field
  • 0-1 year of experience working in law offices, law firms, or law apprenticeships
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Prior experience working in a publish environment is preferred
  • Prior experience using technology to create and disseminate online content is also preferred
