Job Description
We're seeking a highly skilled Creative Director to lead our design team in creating visually stunning experiences. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional creativity, flair, and attention to detail, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop original ideas, concepts, and designs from inception to delivery.
- Create comprehensive creative briefs based on ideas from brainstorming sessions, aligning with client goals.
- Oversee design changes and improvements throughout the development process, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Present creative concepts and visualizations through sketches, drawings, and detailed illustrations.
- Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent brand perception and user-experience.
- Translate business requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in the creative design domain, including 3+ years in a management role within an agency environment.
- Demonstrable graphic design expertise with a robust portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Figma) and PowerPoint.
