S&T Supply Chain IT Deployment Lead for Manufacturing Digitization

This role is responsible for driving PepsiCo's digital transformation agenda in manufacturing across MENAPAK, India, and South Africa.

The strategic bridge between IT and Manufacturing drives shop floor digitization through packaged and custom-built IT solutions, delivering real-time visibility into shop floor performance and quality.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the strategic IT partner to Markets/Business Units, ensuring technology initiatives align with business priorities and goals.
  • Lead the deployment, stabilization, and adoption of digital manufacturing solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end implementation of shop floor solutions in line with PepsiCo's Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and sector transformation strategies.
  • Ensure digital solutions are integrated with business processes and operations to deliver measurable value and efficiency.
  • Oversee project delivery by tracking progress, anticipating risks, and driving timely resolution of roadblocks.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/ Master's in Business or related field preferred.
  • 10–12 years of relevant IT experience, with strong exposure to manufacturing digitization and shop floor automation.
  • In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and digital transformation within plant environments.
  • Hands-on experience deploying shop floor/industrial digitization programs.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in matrixed organizations and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.
