Cloud Data Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Data Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of scalable, secure data architectures on Azure.

  • To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in designing and implementing data architectures leveraging Azure services, including Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Azure SQL Database.
  • You will also have experience with data modeling best practices, such as dimensional modeling and data vault, as well as expertise in ensuring data security and compliance using Azure security tools.
  • In addition, you will have a solid understanding of DevOps practices, version control tools, and infrastructure as code, and be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in data warehousing and cloud technologies, specifically on Azure.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure Fabrics, Synapse, ADF, SQL, and Python/PySpark.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing data architectures on Azure using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, ADF, and MS Fabric Notebook.
  • Exposure to Azure DevOps and Business Intelligence.
  • Solid understanding of data governance, data security, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
