Job Title: Operation Manager

Job Summary:

The Operation Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our wellness facilities, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our clients. This role requires a proactive leader with a passion for wellness, strong organizational skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain optimal staff-to-client ratio and oversee the daily operations of wellness centers, including staffing, scheduling, and maintenance to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
  • Implement and monitor SOPs for all operational processes.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, mentor, and develop the operations team, including wellness practitioners, administrative staff, and support personnel.
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service and client satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Increase client retention and repeat visit rates.
  • Ensure financial health and profitability of the wellness center.
  • Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Implement effective pricing strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and availability of high-quality products.
  • Implement effective inventory tracking and management systems.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, health professionals, and community organizations to promote wellness initiatives and partnerships.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics to ensure operational goals are met and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with wellness professionals to develop and implement new programs and services that align with client needs and industry trends.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Health Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the spa, wellness, or hospitality industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in operational analysis and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of spa industry regulations and operational standards.
