This internship is an excellent opportunity for a student or professional to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and more.
The role involves supporting various HR-related tasks, such as drafting and implementing policies, managing employee benefits, and participating in personnel management initiatives.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams on real HR operations, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and earn a UK internship certificate.

- HR Documentation & Policy Drafting: Create and maintain accurate HR documentation and develop policies that promote a positive work environment
- Learning & Development Coordination: Design and deliver training programs to support employee growth and development
- HR Analytics & Dashboard Reporting: Analyze HR data to inform business decisions and create reports to track key performance indicators
- Performance Management & Feedback Cycles: Develop and implement performance management processes to support employee growth and development
- HRIS & Compliance Basics: Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
