Human Resources Intern Role

This internship is an excellent opportunity for a student or professional to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and more.

  • HR Analytics & Dashboard Reporting: Analyze HR data to inform business decisions and create reports to track key performance indicators
  • Performance Management & Feedback Cycles: Develop and implement performance management processes to support employee growth and development
  • HRIS & Compliance Basics: Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
