We are seeking a skilled Strength and Conditioning Coach to support our high-intensity group training, functional strength development, and mobility sessions.

This role is designed to work alongside the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, assisting with session planning, delivery, and member consultations.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Assist and occasionally lead Strength and Conditioning sessions (4 one-hour time slots daily) with a focus on proper form and technique.">
  • Lead Mobility and Recovery sessions focusing on corrective exercise techniques.">
  • Conduct daily member consultations for assessments, progress tracking, and injury prevention strategies.">
  • Support the implementation of training blocks including stability, strength, and power development.">
  • Maintain accurate training logs and provide structured feedback on member progress.">
">Qualifications & Requirements:">
  • ">
  • A recognised Strength and Conditioning certification such as NSCA-CSCS or NASM is essential.">
  • A minimum of 18 months of coaching experience in strength training, functional fitness, or performance training.">
  • A strong understanding of corrective exercise, injury prevention techniques, and mobility training.">
  • The ability to coach in a holistic, form-first approach.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • A passion for training individuals for performance-driven outcomes.">
  • A team-player mindset with an open approach to learning and collaboration.">
