Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Campaign Manager to lead and optimize our paid advertising efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Paid Ads Management
    • Develop and execute comprehensive paid campaign strategies to drive maximum ROI.
    • Manage ad budgets, track key performance indicators, and ensure campaigns deliver optimal results.
    • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and bid strategy optimization to improve campaign efficiency.
    • Design and implement retargeting, remarketing, and lead nurturing campaigns to maximize conversions.
    • Stay up-to-date with platform changes, new ad formats, and algorithm updates to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Marketing Automation & CRM
    • Implement and manage marketing automation platforms for lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing.
    • Integrate CRM workflows with ad campaigns to ensure seamless lead flow, tracking, and attribution.
    • Develop email drip campaigns, lead nurturing funnels, and remarketing workflows to optimize customer engagement.
    • Ensure accurate CRM reporting and campaign data synchronization to inform business decisions.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Monitor campaign performance through Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and platform dashboards.
    • Create in-depth weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Analyze campaign performance to identify trends, optimize spend, and improve conversions.
    • Design real-time performance dashboards for stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strategy & Coordination
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign messaging aligns with business objectives.
    • Research industry benchmarks and competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities.
    • Work closely with sales and business development teams to improve lead quality and closure rates.
