Lead Corporate Strategy Expert

This is a Job Opportunity with a leading organization.

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Corporate Strategy efforts. A key objective of this role is to drive business growth by developing and implementing strategic plans that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor loan portfolios to track overdue accounts, defaults, delinquencies, and NPAs, and identify early warning signals of credit risk.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop actionable strategies to mitigate credit risk while aligning with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, credit, and collections teams to strengthen credit decision-making and improve recoveries.
  • Establish and maintain credit risk frameworks, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Prepare regular MIS, risk reports, and portfolio reviews for management, highlighting key risk trends and exposures.
  • Ensure effective monitoring of asset quality and recommend measures to maintain a healthy loan book.

Requirements:

  • 4-9 years of experience in Credit Risk Management or related field.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, risk mitigation strategies, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
