Job Title: Operations Director

 

Description:

This senior-level role oversees the effective management of projects, ensuring timely and cost-efficient completion. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Oil, Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, and Power projects.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative control systems to meet project requirements.
  • Lead data analysis and present findings in comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with design engineers, operation engineers, maintenance engineers, and cybersecurity engineers to optimize project outcomes.
  • Work closely with EPCs, end-users, product system suppliers, and contractors to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Manage site projects within budgetary constraints, prioritizing resource allocation and minimizing downtime.
  • Provide expert advice and consultancy support to team members and customers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with company goals.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Control and Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Minimum 15-17 years of commissioning experience in DCS, PLC, SCADA, Oil, Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, and Power projects.
