Job Title: ITSM Developer

We are seeking a skilled IT Service Management (ITSM) developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the ServiceNow platform and its various modules, including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Portal, Flow Designer, and CSDM.

  • The selected candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze and review detailed business and technical requirements.
  • Develop, implement, test, configure, and integrate technical solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
  • Capture requirements from business stakeholders through demonstrations and workshops.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for development of user stories, configurations, and delivery on agreed timelines.
  • Manage BAU tasks and provide value-based assessments and workshops to help maximize business results from ServiceNow software.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM custom app development.
  • Deep understanding of REST, WSDL, JSON, and ability to integrate with other third-party applications and data sources.
  • Expertise in configuring UI Actions/UI Policy/ACL/Client Scripts, Business Rules, Inbound Actions, Macros, CSS based UX/UI design & development, using Angular based Client-side & Server-side scripts, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and JSON Web technologies.
  • Ability to develop and manage application code, user interfaces, and integration components.
  • Familiarity with performance analytics, reporting, and dashboards.
