We are seeking a highly skilled Portuguese Language Expert to play a critical role in our infrastructure and talent platform. The successful candidate will connect companies with remote software developers using AI-powered vetting and matching technology.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional experience in a technical or analytical field. While programming language proficiency is beneficial, a strong grasp of APIs, data formats, and logical thinking is more crucial. You should be able to break down complex tasks, simulate realistic dialogues, and demonstrate excellent written communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Task Analysis: Ability to analyze complex tasks and simulate realistic dialogues that reflect user expectations and assistant limitations.
  • Scenario Crafting: Creativity and attention to detail in crafting realistic scenarios and responses.
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Native or professional proficiency in at least one of the following locales is required.
  • AI Infrastructure: Experience working with or around Large Language Models (LLMs), virtual assistants, or function-calling frameworks is a plus.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of overall professional experience in a technical or analytical field.
  • Strong general technical reasoning skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed guidelines and formatting standards with high consistency.
