Life Insurance Domain Expert

This role involves providing expert support in the life insurance domain, ensuring timely and accurate processing of policy-related tasks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling policy servicing requests, including address changes, beneficiary updates, and banking information updates.
  • Maintaining and updating policy records in administration systems according to standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies and ensure service quality.
  • Researching and resolving escalated issues or incomplete transactions related to policy servicing.
  • Ensuring service levels and turnaround times are met according to SLA requirements.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Graduation in any stream, with a preference for commerce graduates.
  • At least one year of working experience in the life insurance domain, with a focus on quality, attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
  • Experience working in a professional/office environment, with regular scheduled shifts.
  • Proficiency in using Windows PC applications, including keyboards, navigation screens, and learning new software tools.
  • Effective English business communication skills to exchange information with clients.
  • Able to solve basic mathematical problems.
  • Must have basic email/letter writing skills.
  • Good understanding of MS Excel and MS-Outlook.
  • Life insurance domain knowledge is essential, preferably in annuities.
