Highly Skilled Systems Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Engineer to join our organization. With 5+ years of experience administering, configuring, optimizing, and maintaining Windows-based networks and servers, you will play a critical role in providing day-to-day support of client networks, servers, storage, and overall infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain remote and on-site IT infrastructure for clients, ensuring seamless operations and minimal downtime.
- Architect and implement IT projects, including high availability, virtualization, and cloud services, to meet customer service-level commitments.
- Serve as the escalation path for complex issues that cannot be resolved by desktop engineers or helpdesk staff.
- Collaborate with Managers, Service Coordinators, and other Engineers to deliver world-class customer service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues, both remotely and on-premise, with speed and efficiency.
- 5+ years of experience with Windows-based networks and servers.
- Strong expertise in Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 administration, and Windows security.
- Familiarity with firewalls (Cisco, SonicWALL, Dell, Fortinet) and switches.
- Hands-on experience with heavily virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Knowledge of on-premise and cloud-based backup solutions and cloud-based email systems (O365, GSuite).
- Experience with MDM solutions (Intune, Jamf, etc.).
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Desired: CCNA or equivalent network experience, MSCE or equivalent server experience, and technical certifications.
