Job Description

As a seasoned Automation Architect, you will lead the design and deployment of cutting-edge enterprise-scale RPA solutions. This strategic technologist will architect end-to-end automation frameworks, integrate advanced cloud capabilities, and drive transformational efficiency gains.\
Key responsibilities include:

• Designing scalable and maintainable RPA solutions.\
• Crafting reusable frameworks, best practices, and governance models for RPA implementations.\
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust RPA solutions.\
• Providing technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle and ensuring adherence to best practices.\
• Integrating RPA with enterprise cloud environments, leveraging expertise in VDIs, Virtual Machines, and Kubernetes.\
• Documenting solution architecture and technical designs.\
• Conducting technical presentations, workshops, and knowledge sharing sessions for internal and external stakeholders.\
• Implementing attended & unattended automation with Citrix/legacy system automation.\
• Diagnosing and resolving performance bottlenecks, exceptions, and deployment issues.\
• Optimizing bot efficiency, resource utilization, and exception handling.\
• Able to find alternate and propose solutions in case RPA feasibility / implementation challenges.\
• Working closely with Product team to provide feedback.\
• Developing clear, concise, and actionable solutions that meet business needs.\
• Analyzing complex problems and providing creative, effective solutions.\
• Communicating technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.\
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.\
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.\
• Staying current with emerging technologies and innovations.\

Requirements

• \
• At least 8–10 years' experience in RPA with proven Solution Architecture responsibilities.\
• Expertise in UIPath platform architecture and ecosystem—mandatory.\
• Hands-on practical knowledge of cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS), virtualization concepts, VDIs, Virtual Machines, and Kubernetes (good to have) orchestration.\
• Clear track record of architecting and delivering large-scale RPA solutions.\
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills—able to confidently articulate and sell technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.\
• Knowledge of OCR tools (ABBYY, Google Vision, Azure Form recognizer), AI/ML models & GenAI.\
• Should have knowledge on API implementation.\
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.\

Preferable

• \
• Certifications in UIPath, AWS/Azure/GCP, or Kubernetes.\
• Experience with other RPA tools (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).\
• Experience in regulated industries (BFSI, Healthcare, etc.).\
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and RPA security best practices.\
