Financial Planning and Analysis Role

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the organization's financial strategy by delivering actionable insights through forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and report on expense centers, maintaining cost center templates.
  • Maintain the General Ledger matrix, allocating costs across markets.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools for monthly uploads of pre- and post-allocated costs.
  • Perform quarterly forecasting and planning, reporting against targets.
  • Coordinate with departments for budgets, setting forecasting targets and reporting.
  • Drive policy discussions to optimize financial results.
  • Oversee various projects, including coordinating with auditors, enhanced reporting, and documentation requests from regulators.
  • Support month-end close and review processes.
