Expert Oracle PBCS Specialist

Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expert in Oracle Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) to join our team. As an Expert, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud SAAS and PAAS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle Oracle PBCS engagements from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, development, testing, training, and go-live.
  • Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable PBCS solutions.
  • Design and build comprehensive planning models including financial planning, workforce planning, CAPEX planning, project-level planning, and cash-flow forecasting.
  • Configure Oracle Planning applications metadata imports, forms, task-flow setup, security model design, and authorizing business rules.
  • Integrate Oracle PBCS with Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud and other source systems to automate data loads and ensure data integrity.
  • Automate tasks using EPM Automate and maintain patch levels and lifecycle management.
Required Skills

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle PBCS or equivalent certifications.
  • Strong technical skills in platform configuration and extensibility.
  • Practical experience with integration and data management.
  • Familiarity with automation and DevOps tools.
  • Exposure to related Oracle EPM modules.
