We are seeking a skilled Drafting Specialist to join our team in CommScope Inc.

As a key member of our Base Station Antenna R&D team, you will be responsible for creating new parts, assemblies, and drawings in SAP.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the Document Information Record of Base Station Antenna products in SAP.

Additionally, you will provide support to production and other related departments with documentation troubleshooting.

Furthermore, you will support mechanical engineers in projects for product-related 3D CAD modeling and drafting.

You will also share responsibilities with checking drawings to ensure their accuracy.

Finally, you will support in building mechanical prototypes and mechanical samples.

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's in a related curriculum such as Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with preferably 2+ years of related experience or Bachelor's in a related curriculum such as Mechanical Engineering with preferably 1+ years of related experience.
  • Hands-on experience and good knowledge of Solidworks or similar 3D CAD software.
  • Ability to read, interpret, create part & assembly drawings with minimal guidance using Solidworks or similar 3D CAD software.
  • Understanding of assembly BOM structure.
  • Knowledge of GD&T.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
