Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive work instructions and standard operating procedures for new products, processes, and methods.
  • Collaborate with process engineers, operation supervisors, and works coordinators to ensure the establishment of work priorities and schedules.
  • Conduct line balancing and method and motion studies to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Research and implement new software and drawing tools to improve instruction clarity for operators.
  • Participate in activities that require frequent time spent on the manufacturing floor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a medium-volume/mix electro-mechanical manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP, reading, and writing ECR/Drawing/BOM/material transactions.
  • Excellent MS Office skills and communication/leadership skills.
  • Preferred background in lean manufacturing and line balancing.
