About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled developer to join our Data Engineering team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and developing end-to-end data integration solutions, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performing data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT workflows using Informatica IICS.
  • Integrate IICS solutions with cloud-based data platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery.
  • Optimize pipelines for scalability and performance.
  • Develop reusable data mappings, task flows, and parameterized solutions.
  • Manage deployments, migrations, and version control of IICS assets.
  • Collaborate with teams to translate requirements into data solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ETL jobs.
  • Mentor developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 7+ years of ETL development experience, with 2–3 years in Informatica IICS.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with RDBMS.
  • Hands-on experience with GCP and BigQuery.
  • Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data cataloging tools.
  • Experience integrating data from on-prem applications and cloud data lakes.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.
