About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Maestro Realtek as a Senior Sales Executive and play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and alliances
  • Analyze sales data to optimize performance and make informed decisions
  • Provide sales training and coaching to team members to improve sales performance
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in the Real Estate industry
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional sales performance and exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
