**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Banking Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and growing CASA balances and fee income by leveraging your knowledge of digital banking products and services.

In this role, you will work closely with existing portfolio clients to identify opportunities for growth and acquisition of new customers through the provision of transaction banking solutions. You will also provide need-based CMS product solutions for corporate and government clients, gathering market knowledge on how different segments perform to adapt to changing situations.

Additionally, you will work in tandem with service delivery, operations, and internal stakeholders to provide seamless solutions, identifying strategic alliances for the delivery of innovative solutions to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of generating and growing CASA balances and fee income.
  • Strong knowledge of digital banking products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
